Primary 2 children have been learning about nouns this week, we discussed what nouns are (names of places, people, animals and things) and how we can identify nouns in simple sentences. The children were able to provide examples of nouns and using them in their own sentences.
They worked in teams to come up with their own nouns under the headings ‘people’, ‘places’ and ‘things’.
