As the school year draws to a close, our nursery children embarked on an exciting adventure to Kilbroney Park by bus.
Our journey began with a bus ride, filled with the excited chatter of our young adventurers. The children could hardly contain their excitement as we made our way to Kilbroney Park. The scenic views along the route set the scene for a day full of fun and discovery.
Upon arrival, the children eagerly dashed towards the playground, where an array of equipment awaited.
Next, we ventured into the Narnia Trail, a magical walk inspired by C.S. Lewis's beloved Chronicles of Narnia. The trail led us through a captivating forest, where the children encountered mythical creatures and whimsical sculptures.
After a morning full of activities, it was time for a special treat. We went to Friar Tuck's, in Warrenpoint for a delicious lunch. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to relax, refuel, and share stories about the day's adventures.
A special shout-out to our wonderful bus drivers for ensuring a safe and smooth journey. Your patience and cheerful attitude made the trip even more enjoyable for everyone.
Thank you to all the staff, parents, and volunteers who made this day possible.
