Miss Murphy’s primary six class have been learning all about World Mental Health Day, which was held yesterday, 10th October.
We have had many discussions about what mental health is, how we can regulate our emotions and how we can improve our own and other’s well-being.
We have been writing in our gratitude journals, keeping active, spreading kind words and having a peak in our affirmation station to remind us how great we are! We even held an assembly to spread this important message! Have a look and enjoy some positive words and art work created by Primary 6.
