Primary six pupils had an informative talk by Aaron from the Dairy Council on Wednesday. Aaron talked about the important food groups, to have a healthy and balanced diet. Aaron informed everyone of the importance of at least one hour of daily exercise. The pupils asked interesting questions and enjoyed all the discussions.
