Children's author, Declan Carville, visited the Primary 7 children for a Creative Literacy Workshop. Declan allowed the children to look at all of his creations; his stories, books and illustrations. The children gained an insight into the progress and development of story making. The children were then able to create their very own story mountains. They developed and created characters, settings and selected the genre too. The children also had the opportunity to bring their characters to life on the interactive whiteboard. A fantastic experience for all.
